This introductory session will be an opportunity for participants to practice skills that create and build positive relationships with each student while strengthening classroom management and student engagement. Focus will be on Superintendents and Principals wishing to support their educators with strategies to increase productivity by building and maintaining healthy classrooms that foster learning through connection with each student. The use of strategies learned in this session will result in healthier classrooms, fostering improved student concentration and cognitive function. This, in turn, contributes to enhanced academic performance, student well-being, and a decrease in absenteeism and office referrals.
